Khaleem spent over a decade teaching courses in language, literature, and the humanities at Harvard and at Emerson College, and he started coaching college students in 2015. His Harvard administrative career began at the Commencement Office, where he worked on the University's largest event. The Mignone Center for Career Success (formerly the Office of Career Services) subsequently recruited him for an interim assistant director role. At OCS, he provided career advising and created programmming for Graduate School of Arts and Sciences students in the humanities and social sciences. Later, Khaleem helped manage the non-degree programs at GSAS, supporting Special Students and Visiting Fellows. More recently, Khaleem served as a case manager for the Honor Council and the Administrative Board at Harvard College. Khaleem completed undergraduate studies in French and Philosophy at the University of Miami, and he earned AM and PhD degrees in Romance Languages and Literatures here at Harvard.
