How the ARC helps First-Year students
As you transition from high school to Harvard, what will learning look like? Which of your study skills and habits will transfer to your courses here, and which will need to be modified or acquired? How do you organize your academic and extracurricular lives so that everything gets done, and done well? The ARC provides a number of resources and first-year targeted programming to help you navigate this exciting and unique time. Starting with summer office hours where students can ask questions before arriving on campus, and continuing with workshops, tutoring, and focused coaching sessions during the semesters, students can access the ARC’s academic supports at any point in their transition to Harvard, making it as smooth and successful as possible!
