Donna has supported Harvard students’ academic progress for more than a decade, first through her teaching and now through her work as director of the ARC. She’s committed to the ARC’s mission of empowering students to reach their full academic potential and enjoys finding new ways for the ARC to connect with students, faculty, and staff, so that all students receive the academic support they need.
Donna received her Ph.D. in experimental psychology from Stanford University, completed post-doctoral training at the University of California, Berkeley, and worked in a variety of academic, research, and clinical settings before joining the faculty of the Harvard College Writing Program in 2009. Donna has taught Expos Studio and Expos 20 courses on the ethics of human experimentation and the psychology of food and eating. In her free time, she enjoys hiking with her dogs, trail running with her friends, and baking.
