Have you struggled to turn work in on time, pay attention in class or remember assignments? Have you had trouble prioritizing what needs to get done and motivating yourself to get to work? If so, SMART Start may be a good fit for you!
The Academic Resource Center will host the SMART Start series the week of January 21st. In small and large group discussions and through a series of exercises, students will develop and hone vital executive functioning skills for continued success at Harvard. They will:
• Learn time management strategies
• Address how to prioritize and break down their work
• Develop focus and motivation
• Determine how to effectively use Harvard resources
This virtual series will be held January 21st-January 24th from 11AM ET-12PM ET, daily.
