Coaching Group for Neurodiverse Students (on Zoom)

Online

If you are a GSAS student who identifies as neurodiverse or has a diagnosis of ADHD, autism, and/or a learning difference, we invite you to join the ARC’s academic coaching group for neurodiverse students! In small-group sessions, you’ll engage with peers and an ARC facilitator to explore your academic journey and share strategies for your success.

The group will meet every Thursday for 6 weeks (no meeting on October 2), with regular attendance required to support a strong and consistent group dynamic.

What to Expect

  • Each session will focus on a key area of executive functioning, including time management; self-advocacy; self-regulation; and leveraging strengths.
  • You’ll reflect on your experience and identify your strengths and challenges.
  • You’ll set goals to integrate new strategies into your daily and academic life.
  • Peers will provide feedback, encouragement, and shared insight along the way.
