The Academic Resource Center will host the SMART Start series January 20-23. In small and large group discussions and through a series of exercises, students will develop and hone vital executive functioning skills for continued success at Harvard. They will:
Learn time management strategiesAddress how to prioritize and break down their workPractice techniques for improved focus and motivationDetermine how to effectively use Harvard resources
This virtual series will be held January 20th- January 23rd from 11AM ET-12PM ET, daily. Register at https://arcscheduler.fas.harvard.edu and email Sam Orsagh-Yentis, sorsaghyentis@fas.harvard.edu with questions. Attendance is limited and daily attendance is required.
Students who identify as neurodivergent are encouraged to attend, but a formal diagnosis is not necessary to participate.
