Ashley Selva-Rodriguez

Ashley is excited to serve as the Associate Director for Academic Support Programs. In this capacity, she oversees a wide range of academic support services and works closely with the team to address students’ needs from diverse pedagogical perspectives in an inclusive environment that promotes compassion and metacognitive equity.

Ashley earned her doctorate in educational leadership from the University of Southern California and has held various roles in higher education, including serving as a faculty member and a learning specialist. She is dedicated to addressing educational disparities, driving student achievement, and making a positive impact at the ARC.
