Ashley Selva-Rodriguez

Ashley serves as the Associate Director for Academic Support Programs at the ARC, where she leads a portfolio of student success initiatives and collaborates with colleagues across the university to advance student achievement. She is deeply committed to addressing systemic inequities, implementing high-impact educational practices, and driving institutional change to support all learners.
Ashley holds a doctorate in education from the University of Southern California.
